I send you a thoughtful & provocative questionnaire to help me get to know your love story, your values, and the feel you want for your day. It’s one of the most meaningful steps in the process!Strategy Session
About 4–6 weeks out, we’ll meet for a Wedding Workshop where you’ll have my undivided attention and we walk through every element in detail —from your processional order, special rituals, family considerations, and more. It’s designed to leave you feeling grounded, clear, and confident. No surprises—just ease and joy.Your Ceremony Script
You’ll receive the script in advance so there are no surprises! You’ll have the opportunity to request edits, ask questions, and ensure that every word feels true to you.Rehearsal.
The day or so before we have an optional Rehearsal. This is extra but it is well worth it. You, and your wedding party, want to feel confident & ready to go. Coordinating multiple people runs so much smoother when everyone knows their role.Your Wedding Day
I arrive early, coordinate with your team, and hold the space with calm, grounded presence as you step into one of life’s most unforgettable moments.Voila! You are Married!
All legal paperwork is completed and filed promptly afterward—you can simply focus on what matters most: each other.

This includes your personalized ceremony, officiating, planning meeting, and all legalities. A $200 deposit holds your date, with the remainder due one month prior to your ceremony.Travel outside the Comox Valley is not included. $0.75 / km plus any ferry, accommodations if required or additional fees.
Rehearsal is $175.
5% tax not included.

With heartfelt reflections, meaningful moments of connection, and the option to include symbolic rituals such as handfasting, a ring warming, family blessings, or other special traditions, your ceremony will feel authentic, intentional, and unmistakably yours.
Beautifully paced at approximately 20–25 minutes, this ceremony flows naturally from beginning to end—welcoming your guests, exchanging heartfelt vows and rings, celebrating your commitment, and culminating in the joyful moment you become husband and wife.

Together, we'll create a warm and meaningful ceremony that celebrates your commitment without the fuss—leaving plenty of room for genuine emotion, heartfelt vows, joyful laughter, and the quiet moments you'll remember forever.
Beautifully paced at approximately 10–15 minutes, this ceremony is perfect for couples who believe that love doesn't need a crowd to be extraordinary.

No formal ceremony. This is just the legalities with the precious moment you say “I do”.
This will be just the two of you, your witnesses & me.
We state your Declaration of Intent.
You say “I do”.
You kiss.
And we get the paper work signed.
One & done. You're Married! And I’ll do the rest.
It’s short, sweet, and legally binding. Great for preliminary paperwork for destination weddings.
